I stopped by there yesterday in my travels in NYC and saw that they have the Corgi Doctor Who 40th Anniversary Gift Set. It is very cool, although I did not pick it up yet. They also have Corgi Red Dwarf set. No sign of any of the new series toys and silly me I did not think to ask whether they will be getting any in.

Yeah, those toys are quite cool. In fact, I reviewed the Corgi Doctor WHo figures here:

I also reviewed the Red Dwarf Corgi figures here:

Those toys sit right here on my computer monitor at work. I just loved them.
Sean.

Cool Sean!
Drop us your review (if you haven't already)... also check out Podshock 9 for James' review.
I made the mistake of ordering other items when I placed my order for my Sonic Screwdriver, and those other items have yet to appear on store shelves and I believe they holding my order until everything comes in so they can ship it all at once.
Whaaw... I want my screwdriver!
Well, I still have my original sonic screwdriver (the Jon Pertwee/Tom Baker style)

Forbidden Planet is stocking the Big Finish audios, and some of the novels, including some old Virgin novels, as well.

I was in Dublin, Ireland two years ago and the FORBIDDEN PLANET there only had a Tom Baker Corgi set. I picked it up of course. I will be back this summer and I hope to find many of the new items to bring home as swagger.

Ah, well, the branch I was referring to was the one in NYC on Broadway at 13th Street. I am sure there is variation in stuff stocked places. I will be at FP this Saturday so I will see what new cool stuff they have.
