I've noticed the last few days - I think it's since the 'TalkShoe' badge was added that the site has put on a little middle-age spread.
On my 1024 wide desktop the page used to just fit - now there's a slight sideways scroll to get the whole width it.
Has someone been at the doughnuts?

Hmm... The Talkshoe image on the front is the same exact width as all the previous images we used in that spot before for the DW episodes on the BBC and Sci-Fi Channel.
I am not sure what could be causing the girth issue now. I haven't noticed any changes myself though yet.

Well one clue is on this page.
On this page I see the narrow blue border at both the left and right of the screen - in 1024x768 screen mode.
But the front page - if I now open it up in a new window - I see the blue at the left side - but to the right it's off screen.
Try it yourself.

I bit like me - on Saturday evening I couldn't find a coathanger to hang somee trouser on ready for going out later.
The first four coathangers I checked to the very left of the wardrobe (ie one's not worn for a while) had trousers with 32in waists 
I've not been that slim for over fifteen years!1 They must have just hung there.
On Sunday I filled two bags that will wait now for a charity van!
On the positive side - there's a lot more space in the wardrobe!

22in 1680x1050 I think - although I wish they would do proper 16:9 one's instead of 16:10.
Why - because in the UK if you also want to add say a Freeview Digital Freeview box - or any none PC feed to the monitor - any image won't display at the correct aspect ratio.

OK... I just checked it with MS Internet Explorer 7 on a PC running Windows XP using a monitor with a resolution of 1280x1024 while at the office. All looked well.
I think we need to start a new thread titled "Support this daveac" in which I and others can put up things for auction in effort to upgrade your system. ;o)
Seriously though, thanks for bringing it to my attention, but there hasn't been any recent changes that were made to the site that could had caused it that I am aware of at the moment.
