| This is the only Doctor Who DVD that I have that does'nt have an inlay info card. Is my DVD missing one or was one never printed for this release ? |

If you are talking about the card that lists the chapter points and special features, my copy of the region 2 DVD does have one... |

If I wanted to print out my own cover insert for a dvd case, does anyone know where I can find an image of the full McGann Movie's insert (i.e. that shows front, edge, and back)? Or could someone scan theirs at a decent resolution and post it online?

I figured I'd give credit to where credit is due. Here is the website where I found out about the Tempus31 site. It's a blog post about someone making covers for fan made videos. I've never heard of them, but they look interesting.
