Well this was a much better episode - except maybe the last few minutes (again)

There was more 'story-line' in this one episode than the previous 5 episodes put together.

    I really enjoyed it!

I also think it was the episode written by Paul Cornell.

    Cheers, daveac

Yes it was Paul Cornell that wrote it, I think the Chruch scene may have gsve it away! Wink Great episode, I was glad to see Ben Miller given a much bigger role and the CGI was top notch!

Still, I wonder what the DW writing meetings are like. What with Paul 'The Christian' and RTD, 'The Atheist'? I wish I was a fly on that wall!

"What kind of girl steals your Lizard when she breaks up with you?"

The bomb and the ending were a bit of a letdown, but although I already liked Ben Miller and his character he Rocked in this episode. I can now understand how he got to that level in Goverment Eek! Cool .

    Cheers,
    Mike

I also enjoyed this episode -- things are coming together (nice, since they only have one episode left!).

Still, it seemed like a lot to throw into one show, and I still don't understand what some of the characters are thinking (really Stephen? you trust Helen why? WTFrack? Is she that good in bed?).

It does continue to seem strange that they are talking up series three already. It feels more like a "just stick with us, it'll be better" schtick.

I've got an awful feeling that by series 3 the CGI will be doing better acting than the main characters! Rolling Eyes

I want Rex and the over-heated apartment back - along with suitable clothing! Oops!

    Cheers, daveac

How many episodes are left? Just one? I wonder if they're going to resolve the Claudia/Jenny, Home Office/ARC alternate universe stuff or let it go until series 3. I was glad to see Rex was still alive. I'm looking forward to the Abby/Caroline beat-down. Big Grin I wish Abby would give Helen a good smack-down, too, while she was at it. I agree, I can't figure out why Stephen believes her.

I'm going "Full Circle" and putting my avatar back to what it was when I first joined. :)
