I was just flicking through issue 11 of SciFi Now when I found another Podshock review
Episode 96
Four out of Five Stars ( SciFi Now Must hear now rating )
With any medium it's hard to find ways to stay original and this stays true in relation to podcasts.
In fact, the internet audio vehicle is so popular, releasing unique content is most definately not the norm.
However, episode 96 of Podshock has found a way.
Turning the clock back to 1966 an interview with the second incarnation of the Doctor, Patrick Troughton is the order of the day.
It will be an interesting listen for anyone who has followed Doctor Who throughtout it's lifespan and while the interview is enjoyable, certain sections do suffer from poor questions followed by worse answers.
Reagrdless, it's highly unlikely you'll get such insight into the series throughtout the sixties anywhere else, making this an inimitable outing.
Just thought you may be interested in their comments if you didn't know about them. |

Thanks for posting the information on Sci-Fi Now. I was not aware of it. Is this the magazine for the Sci-Fi Channel, or an independent magazine?
Cheers,

from the podshock wikipedia page
A review in a 2007 issue of SciFi Now gave the show four out of five stars, describing it as "seriously meaty" analysis of Doctor Who and "the perfect accompaniment to the television series", while at the same time noting that the presenters were "massive Dr. Who aficionados" whose personalities were obscured behind a "voiceover [that] is slow, dull and very hard work."[8]

So it would seem, I know of at least 3 reviews in 11 issues.
