David Tennant will guest star in the final episode of series 3 of Nebulous, this Thursday on BBC radio 4 at 11pm.
For those who don’t know, Nebulous is a sc-fi comedy, set on earth in 2099. Sadly the earth has been the subject of a huge ecological disaster known as ‘the withering’ which wiped out all the Earth’s history and customs. Professor Nebulous (Mark Gatiss) and his team, KENT (the Key Environmental Non-Judgemental Taskforce) try to save the world from various alien threats (and your dry cleaning!). The series is written by Graham Duff, most notable for BBC3 comedy ‘Ideal’ and he has also written the BF audio ‘Faith Stealer’. This man should be let loose on a Doctor Who episode tbh!
It’s a great show which pokes fan-driven fun at Doctor Who and more recently Torchwood and Primeval. Its like a funny Red Dwarf, but on radio!
Peter Davison and Kate O Mara have previously guest starred, so I hope they make fun of Tennant’s character!

I'd have to disagree here Cybercolin, I've not listened to this series, but I thought the last one was one of the weakest most un-funny comedies I've heard.
I gave up halfway through as I found it completely tedious.
HHGTTG it was not. |

| Fair enough but I think its a bit unfair to compare it with HHGTTG. It seems every simlar radio program is compared to it, as is every sc-fi sitcom, with Red Dwarf, (Hyperdrive etc). Its not meant to be a all out sc-fi show its a comedy that takes he mickey out of sc-fi, rather than mixing the two. |

Unlike you I no longer have the luxury of hearing, since I lost my ears when the Isle of Wight was destroyed...sorry.
I just think it's daft putting it on at 11pm. Why not the usual 6.30pm slot for comedy on Radio 4? 7pm would be better, that Front Row with Mark Lawson, urgh, God what pretention, and have you heard the latest storylines on The Archers, well apparently Linda...I'm drifting... |

Can you share radio programs that haven't been released on CD, without hving your collar felt?
If so I might know 'someone' who has series 2. |
