Dont know if this is the right place to put up this question to post but here goes....
With all of the 'Donna dying' going around it begs the question of who will be the Doctor's companion when all of this is over???
I know he sometimes gets new companions for the Xmas specials, but who will be the person occupying the Tardis with him after the events of Journeys End and Xmas...anyone have any word on Catherine or Freema returning for any of the specials or series five? |

They probably won't cast the role until later in the year at the earliest. I'm not sure if Russel T. Davies has even finished scripts for any of the 2009 specials. He deserves a short break, no? |

| True RTD deserves the rest, but it is a definite question....and of course what cliffhanger note will RTD leave on for Xmas? I thought somewhere that I saw that some other tin men of the Doctors acquaintance were set to appear in the next Xmas special....will we suddenly hear silence and then 'delete....delete' before the symbolic 'what....what.....what' |

Least your not in Australia peoples.
12 weeks, 15 hours and 22 minutes to go till the finale over here. (Partner's in crime screens tonight)
Or one week and several hours if you attend the Doctor Who Club of Australia screening next week.
I have to use other means.
And speaking of which, I sit here typing this at 4.08AM sunday morning in AUS, where it is now 7.08PM in the UK... it's almost half finished.
I can't sleep, obliviously, and wish I could get BBC one on cable.
I'm so impatient.
I hope MM airlines will be boarding as soon as the episode is finished. |

| [Quote by: BenjaminElliott]Charlie Jade has been killed, so there is no *new* programming in the 8PM slot to worry about. |
| | I admit I had never heard of this series before, but was willing to give it a shot. I was able to catch a red-eye flight copy of the 1st episode and it seemed interesting enough. Now I'm on episode 7, and I must say it's very good. From what I read, it seems like it was only on for 1 season, which is disappointing, since it's so tough to invest yourself in a series knowing there's nothing new that will come (as us Whovians from the late 80s know all too well). The same thing happened to me with Jericho, but I'm still planning to watch the whole run...thanks for the tip... |

| I enjoyed the finale. I particularly liked it when all the companions were in the TARDIS at the same time. Davros seemed a bit more maniacal than in years past, which was good. |
