That sounds like a good idea but I'll go one better:
    The season 5 box set

    Season 5 gave us:
    The Tomb of the Cybermen
    The Abominable Snowmen
    The Ice Warriors
    The Enemy of the World
    The Web of Fear
    Fury From the Deep
    The Wheel in Space

2 cybermen stories, 2 yeti stories, the 1st Ice Warrior story, Almost all of the Victoria Waterfield era (except her debut from the previous season - "The Evil of the Daleks"). What's not to love Exclaimation Exclaimation Exclaimation

Cry Sadly this is only a dream, all of the stories have missing episodes but that would be a great gift box set.

Since I'm dreaming - The only thing I can think of that could be better is a box set containing every episode (old and new) seperated by season. Smile

If had to pick a real set, I'd pick The E-Space trilogy set or one of the season sets of the new series.

PS: I know that there are re-creations of some of the missing episodes but I would really like the original episodes.

I'd like the Pertwee Dalek storys with episode 3 of Planet of the Dalkeks in colour of course.

I would say the series 4 boxset, but I already brought it for myself as a birthday present.

Maybe the series 1 boxset, since I don't have it and I don't want to spend any money on Doctor Nob Head (Nine), that or some more DVDs with Fivey.

    bye bye david :(
