I just finished listening to the commentary for the Next Doctor.
Interesting tidbit... RTD mentioned the story will have a character called Christina, someone called Malcom and feature UNIT.
Draw whatever speculation you want to from that. ^^ |

Surely, casting is going to be announced soon? Then all the hillarous speculation will begin!
On another note, wasn't great to see that everyone was wrong about the plot of The Next Doctor. I'm still going to stay away from spoilers though! |

| Has David Tennant's back injury affected the filming schedule at all? I think I heard that it had not affected anything Who-related, but just wondering. |

Preliminary reports suggest that it will not affect the schedule. Time will tell. |

| They are scheduled to start filming on the 19th January if I remember correctly, and I've heard he's recovering nicely at the moment so it will most likely will go ahead as scheduled |

| Just been listening to the podcast commentary for the "Next Doctor" & RTD reveals that "Planet Of The Dead" will feature characters called Christina & Malcolm & also that UNIT will feature. Nimon was also mentioned (possibly for later in the year) & the climax of the next years specials will be a two-parter. |

UNIT? Really? I do hope that means a guest apperance of Nicholas Courtney A.K.A. Brigadier Sir Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart!!

Looking forward to it.
I'm also hoping that maybe the Zygons will feature in this story, because, if my memory serves well enough, wasn't that the last UNIT story in the seventies... but that probably won't happen. |
