Am loving "Dr Who: Podshock"! Any way of getting i Views: 922

Hey guys. I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say that I am absolutely loving the weekly episodes of "Dr Who: Podshock". Each week I download the MP3 version onto my mobile phone, and listen to it that way. It's so nice to hear fans discussing the show in such a fun way.

Feedback aside, I was wondering if it would be possible to become involved in assisting with the Podshock episodes in some way? Having been a voice actor for several years, and a sound engineer, as well as an Australian, I would love to contribute in some small way to future episodes. Smile

Of course you can contribute mate! It's as much our podshock as it is yours. We encourage all of our listeners to take an active part in the show. Obviously with you living in Austrailia it might be difficult to all record a segment together due to time differences. Please do however record for us an audio segment. You can send us an audio comment/review by emailing us an mp3 file. Alternatively you can leave us a voicemail message by calling the Podshock public call box (206 888 4946). You can also leave us voice mail if you have skype or gizmo - simply call podshock. Failing that you can simply email us with words.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hey - thanks for the prompt reply! What sort of things would you be interested in? I am keen to help out in any way I can, be it reviews / Australian news items / whatever you fancy.

As someone who has had many years in audio engineering (just look at the MMM Commentaries podcast ad for an example of my latest work!), I am more than happy to record audio clips for you, which you can then insert into your programme however you see fit. How does that sound?

That's sounds great mate. Send in anything that you want! It would be really cool to hear you talk about the news and your reaction to it. Any reviews of cool products or DVDs would also be appreciated.

    Thanks again,
    James

Wow. You did that promo? I think it sounds fantastic! I meant to compliment MMM on it, but I will also compliment you as well, and well deserved. Good job.

As James said, we would be appreciative. We are also looking to do a new promo ourselves sometime soon.

    Cheers,
    Louis
