Definatly a Dalek energy weapon being used on one of the soldiers. Personally not that fond of the cybermen but everyone else in my family likes them so I'm out numbered.

Certainly a battle between cybermen and daleks would be interesting. Almost as interesting as how the storyline can be made to work!!

Last season's final two episodes were for me the greatest 90 minutes in Who history and when played together make one heck of a Who movie (I can't be the only one who has put the video in, jacked up the volume and consumed lots of drink and sugary items whilst cheering the Doctor, Rose and Jack on against the Daleks can I?). If this year's two parter equals or exceeds those episodes I will be very happy.

I did miss the Satan Pit and it's sister episode so part of this will be new to me.

    Very excited for next week!

Cybermen V's The Dalek's my arse.

I bet Torchwood have a dead dalek at best. Maybe the dalek technology will show up.

Maybe Godzilla and Mothra and Hulk Hogan will turn up at the end for the ultimate showdown.

Well, that would fit into the Sci-Fi Channel's lineup nicely if and when it gets there since they are now showing wrestling on the channel. Wink

Wow I've never been this excited about a tv show in a long time, either! It's nice to know I'm not alone. I think the cybermen are pretty scary so I don't have a problem with them getting so much attention this season. I didn't realize how uncomfortable they made me until I saw them again after all these years. I just remember my big sister telling me they could kill you just by touching you and that was enough to get my heart in my throat.

Whatever happens to Rose will crush The Doctor and probably send him off the rails - I'm imagining some kind of guidance/"grief counseling" from The Face of Boe that stops him from offing himself. Whatever happens I'm expecting David Tennant's Doctor to take it VERY badly. When was the last time we ever saw The Doctor frolic or holding hands with anybody? He's being set up for a huge fall. There's got to be a story balance between these emotionless Cybermen and The Doctor's love of Rose and her demise. Yeah I'm expecting some kind of "Your love makes you WEAK! muahahaha" speech from a Baddie. (But of course, the baddie will be wrong!)

Oh well I guess all I REALLY know is that I'm gonna keep the tissues handy for the episode!

If Worzel Gummidge and the Third Doctor had a fist fight - who would win?

Well I for one understand SciFi channel's thinking...

Some of those guys wrestling have got to be from another planet!! Either that or they are complete idiots!
