According to the rather excellent Doctor Who Online spin off site, Torchwood Online (how do they come up with those names? ) there has been a change:-
Episode One: Everything Changes
Episode Two: Day One
Episode Three: The Ghost Machine
Episode Four: Cyberwoman
Episode Five: Small Worlds
Episode Six: Countrycide
Episode Seven: Greeks Bearing Gifts
Episode Eight: They Keep Killing
Episode Nine: Invisible Eugene
Episode Ten: Combat
Episode Eleven: Out of Time
Episode Twelve: Captain Jack Harkness
Episode Thirteen: Apocalypse
Link here
Speculation follows, some may consider it a spoiler. To read it highlight between the square brackets
[Could Episode Four feature a returning Charcter from Doomsday? A certain Torchwood boss lady that was converted in to a Cyberman? Also, it was reported to the TWO Torchwood Podcast that one episode features just Captain Jack and is set in the 1940's!! ] |

Thanks for the change info. Episode 11 appears to be a time travel story to the 40's. I had a conversation in Second Life with a Cardiff resident, possible spoilers follow Highlight to read-
Just a brief piece of conversation (the important bits) between me (Merlin Colonial) and a Cardiff resident (CJ Ginsberg) in Second Life about his recent expierence at a local supermarket.
[[22:15] CJ Ginsberg: I was on the set of Torchwood the other day
[22:15] You: Really.
[22:16] CJ Ginsberg: Actually, it was my local supermarket, but they were filming there
[22:16] CJ Ginsberg: Out Of Time, I think it's episode 11
[22:16] You: Do a writeup and post it to the group. They would love to hear it.
[22:16] You: I also know a podcaster that would love to hear it.
[22:17] CJ Ginsberg: Ah, there wasn't much going on - I managed to infer a little of the plot, which seemed to involve some people from the past - 40's, judging by the clothing - being shown around a modern supermarket (at xmas) by Ianto
[22:18] You: So Is the filming for torchwood also all in Cardif?
[22:18] CJ Ginsberg: An actress called Olivia Hallinan, who was in a show over here called Sugar Rush, was in it
[22:18] CJ Ginsberg: Yes, Cardiff and the environs - Torchwood is actually set in Cardiff, of course
[22:19] CJ Ginsberg: They've just moved studios, for Who as well, to a new one just outside the city
[22:19] You: I'm in the states. Love Brit programs never heard of Sugar rush.
[22:19] CJ Ginsberg: This one is even closer to me than the last one was.
[22:21] CJ Ginsberg: There was another actress, called Louise Delamere - she was in a show over here about Nurses - but she wasn't looking as foxy as Hallinan.
[22:21] CJ Ginsberg: And Hallinan smiled at me, so I was happy
[22:22] You: Sounds like a , good day.
[22:22] CJ Ginsberg: Ianto - Gareth David Lloyd - was a nice guy
[22:22] CJ Ginsberg: I'm still getting used to seeing place I know well on screen
[22:23] CJ Ginsberg: Pretending to be alien planets, or London, or 100 feet beneath Utah
[22:24] You: I am fimillar with the phenom. Live in North Texas and they (multiple studios) film here a few times a year. Good for the local economy though.
[22:25] CJ Ginsberg: The notion that Torchwood is located underneath the square outside the Millenium Centre is already causing a stir - people have been seen trying to peek through the gaps in the wooden decking to see beneath
[22:25] CJ Ginsberg: Not that there actually is anything beneath, but... :p
[22:25] You: Kinda like a Divinci code thing eh?
[22:26] CJ Ginsberg: They've encorporated the fountain/monolith thing (which Rose and Mickey had a heart to heart in front of) into the set, which is clever
[22:27] CJ Ginsberg: The idea is that it extends underneath the square] |
