Thanks for posting the link.
Some of those items would be a good addtion to the sites Media Gallery - however - Louis? - it's not clear, at least to me, how people add items to the Media Gallery.
Louis, is there an 'add item' buton or something that I'm missing?

I have to say that with longer hair and an actual smile on her face, Janet Fielding looks lovely.
Too bad her character rarely had the chance to smile. (Though she's still one of my favorite companions.)

There is a way to add pictures to the media gallery. There's an upload button.
You go thru the Media gallery button up top. You'll see another drop down menu at the top of the page that says Options. Click on it and you'll see "Add Media." Then just follow the steps.
It won't go up for a day or two so the moderators can make sure the picture is legit. I just sent one of Ian Martar the other day. |

It is also possible that if that is indeed me, which I suspect it is judging from the shirt (how many others could possibly be wearing that shirt or admit to wearing it - (sorry, JNT)) -- then it is also a possibility that the person to my right in the photo is Ken... I am pretty sure he went to this event with me and other Ambassadors of the Gallifreyan Embassy. He could be sitting to my right wearing a black t-shirt and you can see his elbow sticking out. Just a guess on my part.

Yeah, there is a pop-up menu button somewhere in the Media section (within each album) that has the option to "Add Media" -- that is how you upload.
The truth of the matter is that the Media Gallery software on our site is now very out-of-date. I want to upgrade to the latest version of it, but from what I read about upgrading from the version installed here to the latest is an involved process. I have been waiting until I had a chunk of time to dedicate to the process... which I haven't yet (I barely have the time to do the post-production work on the podcasts). Even this forum software is not the latest version. Though I did try updating it once, and it brought the entire site down. I am sure I probably made a mistake somewhere, but I couldn't troubleshoot it, and just reverted back to the previous version so that the site would function again.
With the process of upgrading the Media Gallery, to my understanding all the images will need to be converted to work in the newer version... so although I haven't been discouraging people adding to it, I haven't been aggressively promoting it either -- because I figured I would just wait until I upgrade it to start promoting it again. But at this rate, I don't know when that will happen.
Well, this has nothing to do with Janet Fielding... I am just babbling.
