    Standing on Buildings Views: 802

A lot of criticism has been levelled at the show for Jack standing on the top of buildings.

Now I don't know if you are willing to try a little experiement, I don't know how 'out there' you are willing to be to learn but now might be a time to do this, or later might be better...

when you decide to do this, later or now, do this - STAND on your chair to read the rest of this post

or to read the next post you want to read.

STAND on your chair to read the post and then, not now but then, look up and around the room you are in. See what you see, hear what you hear, feel what you feel, smell what you smell

I don't know how different it will be but you will.

And if you aren't STANDING now then now might be the time to do it.

Be out there. Learn. I'm with Jack on perceptial shifts...and if I was immortal I'd be up on the roof to think.

    Practice acts of random kindness.

Well, we know that Capt. Jack is outstanding in his field, but out standing on top of a building is much more visually interesting.

Sorry about that. I think the cold is affecting me....

When we were watching the episode where Captain Jack is standing on the building, I remember asking my wife, "Why would he be doing that?" Without missing a beat, she said, "Because he can't die, it makes him feel alive."

I thought that was quite astute. She's probably right.
