Billy Davis, Special Correspondent

Billy Davis is the newest addition to the Doctor Who: Podshock support team joining in 2008. His title: Special Correspondant. He can be heard occasionally on the podcast reporting from the various Doctor Who conventions and events he attends around the US. Billy is a native New Yorker and a long time science fiction fan who become a Doctor Who fan in 2005 with the new series.

White Robot and Daphne AshbrookAs a newbie to DW, he made up for his 42 years of unawareness by watching all 26 seasons of the classic series. It took him three years. His favorite Doctor: Patrick Troughton. Favorite companion: Zoe Herriot. Billy also is known for making appearances at conventions in his self-created replica "White Robot" costume (originally seen in the 1968 Doctor Who story "The Mind Robber."). He has won awards for the costume at Gallifrey One and Chicago TARDIS. He is also known as 'Whit Robo' on Facebook. Billy is also a musician who wrote, and performed the song 'Doctor Who: Tribute to the Master' "The Mind Of Evil" on YouTube. He is a member of 3 seperate bands -- AeroSith: The Star Wars Parody band, Show No Mercy: The Slayer Tribute band, and Centuries of Time (a classic rock cover band).

Billy also runs a newsletter and website for the legendary Los Angles rockabilly band "The Blasters" and is a part time tour manager for the band. Billy likes traveling, meet and greets in the pub, attending concerts, collecting CDs, watching sci-fi, and playing guitar.
