No Daleks For You!

More news coming out concerning the 2011 Doctor Who series (or set of series as it is now) is that we may get a reprieve from the Daleks stories. This according to what executive producer and lead writer Steven Moffat hinted at the Edinburgh TV Festival:
Moffat: 'No Daleks in next Who series' - Digital Spy:
"Speaking at the Edinburgh TV Festival, the Who showrunner admitted that there are currently no plans for the famous aliens to reappear, although work on the 2011 series is not yet complete.

Possible identity of River Song
Okay...been listening to the Big Finish, Eight Doctor series. In listening to Zagreus & Scherzo (with Scherzo being the most mind bending Who story yet!. Scherzo is the bastard child of the move "Altered States" & "Eraser Head").
You really need to hear/read both these stories together.
Anyway. The Doctor's affection towards Charlotte "Charlie" Pollard seems to go way beyond that of Tennent & Rose.

Doctor Who, Series Split.

Steven Moffat announced at the Edinburgh International Television Festival that the next season of Doctor Who will be split. But not like we think of spilt, according to Steven, "The wrong expression would be to say we are splitting it in two. We are making it two separate series." Seven episodes are to be shown up to Easter and the remaining six episodes are to be shown in the autumn.
