I don't know. I've heard the rumours of possible movie adaptations in the past but this one feels a little more tangible than the rest.
But I do hope that this plan falls through. I don't know why though. There have been numerous alternate iterations of the character over the years, even during the current series' run. It's just that celluloid always trumps those other media. It just feels like it cheapens the character.

The BBC's "Doctor Who" website has the new 'Adventure Game' available. "The Gunpowder Plot" was released earlier this week (Oct. 31) and if you are a resident of the UK you can download it for FREE here:
BTW: If you are teacher and would like this game for educational use, there is a web-page with teaching resources available, designed to be teaching tools for use with the game. You can find links 'The Plot', Childhood', 'Crime and Punishment' and 'London Life in 1605'.
Currently, only 'The Plot is available but more will be released throughout the next few months.'Childhood' will be available on Nov. 11th, 'Crime and Punishment' will be available on Dec. 12, and the final section will be available on Jan 1, 2012. You will need a program that can open PDF documents to use them.
I didn't know my bad luck was contegious. My apologies. Hopefully by now you got passed it. I do remember that dreadful Thursday though. Nothing worked out no matter what for me that day... I had finally given up on the day.
Anyway, I am slowly catching up with your vBlogs as you can see. Cheers!
I am glad you found them. I have been including them for some years now. Sometimes I wonder if it is of use to anyone. They can found under "lyrics" for some players. They are sort of show notes in the short form. If I recall correctly, I think originally I had put more details about every episode in them then I do now. There is just so much that goes into post production, especially with the enhanced episodes and so little feedback in regards to those extra features which you may not find elsewhere, that it is sometimes hard to gauge the real value of them.

Cultdom Halloween Episode – Ghosts and Other Hauntings
Thanks again, Bill.
