The only copy of "The Chase" that I could find is a VHS copy at amazon.com. Here is a link to the page:

The set also includes the story "Rememberance of the Daleks" in this two-tape set.

this version is also a tape version but in the PAL format and only has "The Chase" on it. Unfortunately all the version are used copies (except for one new copy on the US site).
It hasn't been relased on DVD yet but it is scheduled to be relased by March 1, 2010. I don't know haw accurate this information is but (I found it on Wikipedia) but here is the link with what I have on it:

Generally the download versions come out around the same time as the DVD release. so look for it on netflix then (if they have a download version).
Just a Reminder!
The release date of the DVD is for the 2-Entertain version and that is the version that is released in the UK, the version released in the US comes a few months later.
And don't forget that all DVD releases are subject to change by the company.

I've seen the show and I think that you'll be disappointed. There is only a small clip of them in the first episode.
However there are rumors that say a longer clip that was cut out and may be restored, but I don't give much creedence to that rumor.
But to add to the fun, on the BBC's Doctor Who website, it has a brief synopsis of the story and the cliff-hanger endings for the story here:
