On the BBC's website there is an epilogue of what happed with Brian after Amy and Rory were dragged back in time by the angels. It was written by Chris Chibnall and was originally in the story but it was never shot so the video link provided has mostly sketches and narration to tell the story, as Brian gets a letter from Rory in this short video "Doctor Who: P.S.."
