A New Sonic Newsdriver and Doctor Who: Podshock Live Review Shows Coming
![]()
There is a new episode of the Sonic Newsdriver out (see below). It was great getting back to doing an episode again. The show may be a bit regenerated now and going forwards. We will see where things go.
People have been inquiring about the Doctor Who: Podshock live shows reviewing the new episodes of Doctor Who coming starting this Saturday. The live shows will be back! They are normally on the Sunday after the new episode is transmitted. Due to the late announcement and confirmation of the start date of the new 2012 series, there is a scheduling conflict for this Sunday (2 September). Therefore, the live shows will most likely resume on the following Sunday in which we will review the first two episodes of the new 2012 series of Doctor Who. The review shows will once again be recorded live using Talkshoe. We will post an announcement with details soon about it as we usually do here on this site and on Twitter.

Get Sonic and Iconized - A New Sonic Newsdriver and an I-CON Doctor Who Panel
We are a week out from the launch of the new 2011 series of Doctor Who. I don't where the time goes. It's here again. Being that the next Sunday after next Saturday's premiere is a holiday, the first live over-the-net show reviewing the new Doctor Who episodes of Doctor Who: Podshock will be on the following Sunday, May 1st. We may or may not be using Talkshoe again. I am exploring other options if anyone has any to offer. Stay tuned here for forthcoming details.
But before next Saturday comes, this Saturday (April 16, 2011), or for some already, today, I will be speaking on a panel at I-CON 30 from 3pm to 4pm (EDT) (in room 111 in the Javits Lecture Hall at SUNY, Stony Brook, NY). The panel is titled, '21st Century Doctor Who.' Ken Deep of Doctor Who: Podshock will also be on the panel. The panel is being organized by Docking Bay 516 for I-CON. So if you are attending I-CON this year, be sure to attend this panel.

A New Sonic Newsdriver is Available and New Doctor Who: Podshock Episodes are Coming!
For those that follow me on Twitter probably know I had been fighting off some nasty bug shortly after the GE anniversary event, then came the Thanksgiving Day holiday here in the US... Long story short, it delayed production of all shows coming from ATP including Doctor Who: Podshock of course. Fear not though, there will be new episodes coming down the vortex soon starting with a DWP Extra show for supporting subscribers. We will try to step up production to catch up on the last couple weeks.
First up is a new episode of The Sonic Newsdriver. Available on The Sonic Newsdriver feed and on the Sonic Newsdriver Podcast App for the iPhone / iPod touch. See details below.
