As promised, the BBC has made available the official teaser promo "trailer" for Doctor Who: The Day of the Doctor now. The previous "leaked" version had Spanish subtitles, this does not and it is directly from the BBC. It features Matt Smith, David Tennant, John Hurt, and some other familiar faces. Now in the iOS App Store is the Doctor Who: Sonic Screwdriver (Official) (for iOS 5 or later). Is if it wasn’t already overused on the television series, now it’s available on our iPhone. It includes four 3D models of sonic screwdrivers and thankfully not just limited the last seven years. It gives you a choice of two kinds of backgrounds for your sonic screwdriver. One is “transparent” (thanks to the rear camera) which emulates holding the actual sonic screwdriver as it will pick up whatever background you are pointing your iOS device towards (pretty nifty, huh?). Of course it has various sonic screwdriver sounds (it wouldn’t be “sonic” otherwise). You can even shake the 11th Doctor’s model to extend it. Plus it’s a flashlight app as well (for those with a camera flash and who haven’t updated to iOS 7 which now has it built-in the OS, may find this feature handy).
This english-speaking teaser promo with spanish sub-titles seems to have been leaked on the net today for the Doctor Who 50th anniversary special, 'The Day of the Doctor' - Watch while you can now. It features Matt Smith, David Tennant, and John Hurt along with other familiar faces.
The (original) video has been removed at the source. Word is that the BBC will be debuting the promo this weekend though. So if you missed it, you should should be able to see it in the next day or two.

This was soon followed by the award winning The Mythological Dimensions of Neil Gaiman. We were to continue with the Mythological Dimensions series covering other areas of interest, however, in December 2012 Kitsune Books closed due to unforseen circumstances

Here's an update on the ongoing storm recovery:
I have a computer workstation setup now for me to record and edit while my place is being gutted out and made inhabitable again. I haven't tested everything out yet, but I suspect I should be able get work done. The biggest roadblock now is carving out the time that is required. Demolition of my place won't start until I clear everything out of it. So after fifty-some-odd days of clearing out waterlogged destroyed belongings and trapped sewage water in my place, now I have to clear out all the rest (the non-damaged stuff) so the floor, walls, ceiling, etc. all have to be gutted out and replaced. This task falls upon me. Since storage space is limited, I also need to take care (and time) to maximaze every inch while packing up. I also need to trash any remaining furniture that may have mold and trash belongings that I no longer want which I have no space for in storage.
I had hoped to have the episode 282 of Doctor Who: Podshock (recorded just prior to Super-storm Sandy) out by now. It is slowly going through post production now, but it is taking longer than I hoped because I am doing so many other things at the same time (relating to recovering from the storm, not to mention my sister being hospitalized).
